A Leadership Program for Girls and Young Women. Together, girls ages 9-11 and women in their communities explore the concept of leadership and the history and culture of girls and women as leaders, practice leadership skills, and undertake a community action project.

This program was developed in collaboration with the Minneapolis YMCA.
